  HHS Announces New Policy to Make Coverage More Accessible and Affordable for Millions of Americans in 2023 Today, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), announced new measures that will allow consumers to more easily find the right form of quality, affordable health care coverage on HealthCare.gov that best meets their needs. It’s our way of saying thank you for all you do.  The Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan Bonus Program includes a tiered bonus schedule based on your production level. The higher the number of Medicare Supplement Insurance policies sold by a writing producer throughout the program period, the higher total payout. There is no maximum payout!   Bonus Amounts Based on Production  There are four bonus-per-policy amounts, depending on the total number of policies sold during the bonus period:  If you sell up to 19 policies, your bonus per policy is $30.  If you sell up to 49 policies, your bonus per policy is $75.  If you sell up to 74 policies, your bonus per policy is $125.  If you sell 75+ policies, your bonus per policy is $175* .

CVS Health Reaches Florida Settlement Agreement

  CVS Health reaches opioid settlement agreement with State of Florida CVS Health announced today that it has entered into an agreement with the State of Florida to resolve claims dating back more than a decade related to prescriptions for opioid medications that were filled at Florida CVS Pharmacy locations. Under the agreement the company will settle all opioid claims against it by Florida for $484 million, to be paid over a period of 18 years. As a result, CVS Pharmacy will no longer be a defendant in Florida's opioid lawsuit that is scheduled for trial in April 2022.
