Georgia-based agents, here’s an urgent reminder for you to obtain about the ACA GA State-exchange:
For agents who did complete the PY 2024 Georgia Access certification training:
Agents who completed the PY 2024 Georgia Access certification training and who want to sell plans on Georgia Access for PY 2025 are required to complete a refresher module to maintain their certification for PY 2025.
Beginning August 14, 2024, the refresher training will be available at https://certification.georgiaaccess.gov/.
Set aside at least one (1) hour to complete the refresher training module and the final assessment.
A minimum score of 80% is required to pass, with a maximum of three (3) attempts permitted.
Agents who complete the refresher training will receive one (1) CE credit towards their licensure. Agents must complete licensure and certification by October 18, 2024, to sell plans on Georgia Access starting November 1, 2024, for OE 2025.
Agents who plan to serve consumers in other states may still be required.

Remember, if you do not complete the license process by October 18, your agent profile will not be created for you manually – you will have to create your profile yourself.
