If you enroll 25+ new enrollees into BCBSIL Individual and Family Market plans, you can earn an additional $50 per enrolled member within the terms and conditions listed on the information document linked to below.
If you enroll 100+ new enrollees into BCBSIL Individual and Family Market plans, you can earn an additional $75 per enrolled member within the terms and conditions listed on the information document linked to below.
If you enroll 250+ new enrollees into BCBSIL Individual and Family Market plans, you can earn an additional $100 per enrolled member within the terms and conditions listed on the information document linked to below.
