What’s Changing?
Effective March 1, 2025, compensation—including commissions, administrative fees, and HRA—will no longer be paid on new non-SNP Gold Kidney Health Plan enrollments. This action includes:
- Gold Advantage (H1526-005 & H4869-005)
- Gold Loyalty (H1526-006 & H4869-009)
However, Gold Kidney will still pay commissions on non-SNP applications submitted before March 1, 2025.

By refining their focus and reallocating resources, they can enhance the specialized, high-quality care their members rely on.
