To re-engage agents with UnitedHealthcare-branded products underwritten by Golden Rule Insurance Company, you’re now eligible to participate in the “First 15” incentive program.
You can earn up to $7,500 in bonus payments when you submit and place 15 qualifying applications in each of the two categories listed below by December 31, 2025. Maintain a 90-day issued persistency on those applications, and the full bonus is yours.
This bonus is in addition to your standard commissions, making it an excellent opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.
Bonus Structure and Product Categories
Health ProtectorGuard (HPG)
(Excluding Guard/Guard Plus plans)
5 applications = $1,000 bonus ($200 per app)
10 applications = $3,000 bonus ($300 per app)
15 applications = $6,000 bonus ($400 per app)
Ancillary Products
(Includes HPG Guard/Guard Plus, Advantage Guard, AccidentWise, DentalWise, CriticalGuard, HospitalWise, Term Life, and others)
5 applications = $500 bonus ($100 per app)
10 applications = $1,000 bonus ($100 per app)
15 applications = $1,500 bonus ($100 per app)
Reach 15 applications in both categories and you can earn the full $7,500 bonus.
Important: Bonuses are calculated based on applications submitted with EFT as the ongoing payment method. Applications without EFT will qualify for half the listed per-app bonus amount.
