Our friends at Molina Healthcare shared essential information about the Marketplace Learning Management System from the Health Insurance Marketplace. On July 11, 2025, at 5 p.m. CT, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS) will close to prepare for the launch of the 2026 Marketplace Plan Year registration and training.
Plan Year 2025 certificates showing your completion of 2025 Plan Year registration and training will not be available after the MLMS closes or when the system goes live for Plan Year 2026 registration and training. To print your 2025 Registration Completion Certificate(s):
- Log in to the CMS Enterprise Portal. After logging in, the Agent/Broker Registration Status page will appear on the screen, from which you can access your certificate(s).
- Click the Print Certificate(s) link and follow the prompts to download and/or print your certificate(s).
To update your Marketplace agent/broker profile information:
- Log in to the CMS Enterprise Portal.
- Click the My Apps icon in the middle of the blue toolbar at the top of the webpage.
- Click the Training link under the MLMS to visit your agent/broker profile.
- Update any out-of-date information in your MLMS profile to ensure the Marketplace has your most recent information.
- Click the Save button to save your information.
Now is also an excellent time to confirm your CMS Enterprise Portal credentials and consider resetting your password. You want to protect your personal account information to maintain confidentiality and security. Remember, you should never share this password with another individual, coworker, or agency.
