The 2026 Ameritas Dental Agent Bonus Program

Agility is proud of all its carrier partnerships, and today the company highlights a great agent bonus program from Ameritas. This program is for the Ameritas dental product, and features the following:

The Ameritas Agent Dental Bonus Program

  • $15 for each eligible individual dental case.

 

  • Minimum 15 eligible dental cases to qualify.

 

  • Eligible dental cases for bonus begin after the second premium payment and two active months by the client.

 

Case enrollment eligibility dates

September 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Case effective eligibility

September 2, 2025 – January 1, 2026

Program details
  • All qualifying General Agencies and associated agents must be appointed and licensed.

 

  • Qualifying General Agents must meet required persistency levels.

 

  • Ameritas will make all determinations regarding the incentive program, including, but not limited to, whether an agent is qualified.

 

  • Ameritas’ decisions will be final and conclusive.

 

  • Call centers are excluded.

 

  • Void where prohibited by state law.

September 2, 2025 – September 24, 2025

September 25, 2025 – October 29, 2025

October 30, 2025 – November 26, 2025

November 27, 2025 – December 31, 2025

January 1, 2026 – February 1, 2026

First monthly statement date

November 3, 2025

December 1, 2025

January 2, 2026

February 2, 2026

March 2, 2026
