Molina Healthcare is announcing several changes to its 2026 ACA Marketplace operations footprint. Agility is sharing the changes below in a map of the country:
- Green counties are current service area counties still available in 2026.
- Yellow counties are new 2026 service area counties.
- Black counties are current service area counties Molina will exit in 2026.
The following states will see a change to their 2026 Molina ACA service area:
Agility can confirm Molina is leaving the 2026 ACA Marketplace in Michigan and Wisconsin. There’s a significant amount of change here for Molina ACA agents to digest from these maps and the repercussions the actions have for clients in 2026.
