- Benton, Lafayette, and Panola Counties.
The key provider partners in these Mississippi counties will be Baptist Health and Merit Health (Community Health Systems).
Alabama
- Huntsville (Rating Area 9): Limestone and Madison Counties.
- Birmingham (Rating Area 3): Walker, Jefferson, and Shelby Counties.
The key provider partners in these Alabama counties will be Huntsville Hospital, Grandview Medical Center (Community Health Systems), and Crestwood Medical Center (Community Health Systems).
