Important Administrative Allowance Opportunity for Gold Kidney Medicare Advantage in Arizona and Florida

Here’s an excellent opportunity for Arizona and Florida Medicare agents to help keep your clients healthy and earn more with Gold Kidney! Agents who assist their Gold Kidney Medicare Advantage enrollees in scheduling their Gold Kidney Health Visit and complete and submit their Health Risk Assessment can receive an administrative allowance payment.

This program is for individual brokers who are “Ready To Sell” and hold licenses, contracts, and certifications. So, how does this program work?

Agents must meet the prerequisites below to qualify for the administrative allowance:

Gold Kidney Health Visit

  • An Administrative Allowance of $275 is available for:

 

    • New CKD plan enrollees

 

    • Heart and diabetes plan enrollees

 

  • An Administrative Allowance of $375 is available for new ESRD plan enrollees.

 

  • Agents must assist a member in scheduling a Gold Kidney Health Visit.

 

  • This member must be a new Gold Kidney Medicare Advantage enrollee.

 

  • To be eligible, the member must be active, and the Gold Kidney Health Visit must be completed or scheduled by the time of payment.

 

Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

  • A $25 Administrative Allowance is available for agents who complete a short health questionnaire called an HRA to document the member’s complexity and care needs at the time of enrollment.

 

  • HRA must be 100% complete and submitted within 14 days of the member’s application signature date.

 

  • The Gold Kidney Medicare Advantage member must be active at the time of payment to the agent.

 

  • Gold Kidney pays only one HRA Administrative Allowance per member.
