  • In Charlotte and Winston-Salem, Oscar is launching cobranding plans with Atrium Health. Because Atrium Health is part of Aetna’s 2025 network, switching Aetna clients using Atrium Health to Oscar will be a seamless transition for members in these cities.
 
  • In addition to offering the three lowest-priced Silver plans in Charlotte, Oscar provides multiple $0 Bronze options. These include condition-specific plans and the Bronze Elite + PCP Saver “Saver Plus,” which features a $0 medical deductible. Additionally, it includes $3 generic prescription drugs (tier 1).
