Agility is learning that beginning Jan. 1, 2026, Ambetter Health will no longer operate under the Celtic Insurance Company license in Florida. Therefore, Ambetter Health will begin terminating Ambetter Health broker appointments and contracts in the state of Florida under the Celtic Insurance Company license only (off-exchange).
Your Sunshine Health Plan, Inc. (Marketplace) and Florida Venture (Marketplace) contracts will remain active if you have a current Florida health license and FFM 2026 plan year certification.
