The binder payment deadline for your Cigna Healthcare clients is now January 31, 2026, for plans effective January 1, and February 28, 2026, for plans effective February 1. Your clients must pay their binder for you to receive your commission.

Pay Online
- Clients sign up for electronic funds transfers (EFTs) on myCigna.com.
- They select Pay My Bill from the billing dashboard.
- After the first payment, they set up recurring payments by going to Recurring Draft and choosing a payment date.
Pay by Phone
Call customer service at 877.484.5967 to make a payment.
Pay on Their Behalf
Brokers make binder payments for clients on CignaforBrokers.com. Use our ‘How to make Binder payments guide’ for details.
