Cigna is announcing today that it will leave the ACA Marketplace by the end of 2026.
About 369,000 Cigna ACA members in 11 states will need new ACA plans heading into 2027. All current Cigna ACA members will have full benefits and coverage through the end of this year.
Moving forward, Cigna will focus on the employer group market.
