We also understand that 2027 agent and broker renewal amounts will continue to increase relative to 2026 levels.

2026 Medicare Part D Maximum Commissions
- Initial commissions – $130 per member / annually
- Renewal commissions – $65 per member / annually
Medicare Advantage Maximum Broker Commissions
- Except for the states and territories listed below:
- Initial commissions increase to $725 per member annually,
- Renewal commissions increased to $363 per member annually.
- For CA and NJ:
- Initial commissions increase to $902 per member annually,
- Renewal commissions increase to $451 per member annually.
- For CT, PA, and DC:
- Initial commissions increase to $816 per member annually,
- Renewal commissions increase to $408 per member annually.
- For Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:
- Initial commissions increase to $495 per member annually,
- Renewal commissions increase to $248 per member annually.
