Devoted Health has issued a notice to all Devoted-appointed agents and agencies regarding the use of certain third-party “ready-to-enroll” lead platforms. Devoted Health has identified situations in which agents purchase “ready-to-enroll” leads from third-party vendors and submit enrollments without following CMS-compliant enrollment practices with the beneficiary.
In these cases, the lead generation process typically directs the beneficiary to a self-service online platform that prompts them to provide personal information, select a plan, and sign a disclaimer that allows an agent to evaluate the plan and submit an enrollment on their behalf. Devoted Health has not completed a full review and validation of these platforms to confirm that they meet CMS compliance standards or adequately protect beneficiary interests.
For this reason, Devoted Health is prohibiting the use of the following platforms for Devoted enrollments:
- NexaEnroll
- Benetech
- Ifficient, Inc.
Agents must ensure that all Devoted enrollments comply with CMS marketing and enrollment requirements, including CMS-compliant enrollment practices with the beneficiary, before submitting any application. If you have any questions, please reach out to compliance@agilityholdingsgroup.com.
