Aetna and CVS Health
This popular insurance plan offers members a simple, easy-to-use rewards program that can be accessed by any Aetna and CVS Health member. Every three months, members get $25 to spend on CVS Health brand wellness products. This includes things like pain relief, allergy medicine, cold remedies, and hundreds of other products. Members don’t have to “earn” this benefit. It is there for all members and capped at $100 annually.
Ambetter Health
The My Health Pays program is a rewards package that pays members points for healthy activities like completing an annual wellness screening. To get in on the rewards, members simply log in to their Ambetter Health account and activate My Health Pays.
When they start completing activities, rewards points pile up which can be used for “real world expenses” like premium payments, doctor copays, deductibles, coinsurance, utilities, phone bills and transportation.
AmeriHealth Caritas
Members get rewarded for staying active as AmeriHealth stresses, “Stay healthy and save money at the same time with AmeriHealth!” For those on the move, HUSK Marketplace connects AmeriHealth members to gym memberships, fitness wearables, education programs, and at-home fitness equipment discounts. AmeriHealth members have access to exclusive best-in-class pricing from some of the biggest fitness, nutrition, and wellness brands. Members who love entertainment can utilize the AmeriHealth Insider Discount Program. Here members get exclusive deals and discounts on amusement parks, hotels, shopping, movie tickets, sporting events, Broadway shows, museums, and other attractions.
AmeriHealth also offers way to save money on medical costs and even student loan payments.

AvMed
To encourage a healthy lifestyle, AvMed is offering members programs that boost exercise and
movement. The WELLfluent Living feature offers a health assessment, nutrition, and exercise programs. The ChooseHealthy program gives members discounts off services like massages, chiropractor visits and fitness club memberships. AVMed has other active programs like Weight Watchers reimbursements and exercise through outdoor activities. AVMed’s perks are many and should be explored thoroughly to get the full picture.
Blue Cross Blue Shield SC
This rewards plan is simple and straightforward.
Members can earn up to $150 per year for completing wellness activities. These dollars earned are placed on a Blue Rewards Visa Card. Rewarded activities include getting a flu shot, a wellness exam, and a telehealth visit.
Cigna Healthcare
Make sure your members know about the $325 they can earn annually by making healthy choices. With Cigna, rewards go through the Take Control Rewards feature, which tracks healthy decisions. Get dollars for taking a health assessment, going for an annual checkup, having an A1C check, and other activities. All reward funds can be used for medical expenses or placed on a Reloadable Reward Card.
Molina Healthcare
Members can access the Healthy Actions Program. As a member of Molina Healthcare, members may receive rewards for completing healthy actions throughout the year. Rewards are loaded onto a card and can be used to buy healthy food and produce. Healthy Actions include things like preventive and wellness visits with a member’s doctor.
Annual wellness visits, blood pressure screenings, breast cancer screenings, colon cancer screenings, diabetes A1C tests, diabetes eye exams, diabetes kidney health evaluations, flu shots, and osteoporosis management are also ways to receive credits.
Oscar
Members diagnosed with diabetes need to know about Oscar’s benefits. If members are on the Diabetes Care Plan, they can earn $50 for healthy groceries by enrolling in Livongo within the first 90 days of coverage. They can also earn an additional $50 by completing an annual exam within the plan year. Oscar also has an app that synchs with Google Fit. Members can earn $1 every day they hit a step goal and it caps at $100 a year. Rewards are paid in Amazon gift cards.
Priority Health
Members are offered access to a powerful app that tracks health and wellbeing. The Priority Health Wellbeing Hub, powered by Virgin Pulse, helps members live better and achieve health goals with a fun and engaging experience that delivers powerful resources. It gives members access to a customizable menu that recommends information and tools tailored to specific health and wellbeing needs. There are ways to manage a condition like diabetes or connect to an activity tracker to manage progress in an exercise program. This hub is very customizable for the user and makes it easy to reach new health goals.
UnitedHealthCare
Perks are unlocked through various rewards programs. Members can earn up to $1,000 annually. Examples include $25 for completing a health survey, $5.25 per week for taking 5,000 steps per day, $10 for tracking 14 days of sleep, and $50 for getting a checkup. Rewards are tracked through the UnitedHealthcare app and the app also allows for setting activity goals and fostering healthier living habits. UnitedHealthcare also has reward plans for Medicare and Medicaid members.
