We are proud to celebrate our 15th anniversary this month. Since our founding in July 2009, Agility Insurance Services has been steadfast in the health insurance industry, adapting and thriving through its evolving landscape.
Initially established as Association Concepts, LLC, we began by providing product development and gap coverage for trade associations, helping members find credible health insurance options. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) in March 2010 marked a pivotal shift for us. While many in the industry were skeptical, we embraced the ACA’s potential, promoting its benefits throughout the agent community. This led to our rebranding as “Agility Insurance Services,” reflecting a broader focus beyond association-specific benefits.
Despite the initial challenges of the ACA rollout, we emerged as a leading General Agency in Texas. Our CEO, Steve McLaughlin, attributes our success to recognizing the ACA’s potential.

In August 2021, we completed a total legal name change to Agility Insurance Services, LLC, marking a new chapter in our ongoing commitment to excellence in the health insurance industry.
