If you enroll 25+ new enrollees into BCBSAZ Individual and Family Market plans, you can earn an additional $25 per enrolled member that’s paying and effective in the same plan continuously for 4 months.
If you enroll 50+ new enrollees into BCBSAZ Individual and Family Market plans, you can earn an additional $50 per enrolled member that’s paying and effective in the same plan continuously for 4 months.
