As of today, there are 19 days left in Medicare Annual Enrollment!
With time flying by, we need to make sure you are finishing this period strong by remembering these following things to maximize your revenue:
1. Protect your renewals – stay on top of your cancellations
Your Medicare carrier partners should be receiving notice from CMS about their current membership that has enrolled in another plan during the first part of AEP.
The carriers should be reaching out to you now with this information. In some cases, the Medicare beneficiary made a mistake in leaving their 2024 health plan and want to return to it.
Remember, MA plan enrollment is last one in. If a member has changed plans or carriers on accident and wants to change again, either to a new plan or back to their old plan, they can. You simply need to get the enrollment in before 12/7
This type of report is going to happen now on a regular basis as CMS catches up processing the 2025 enrollments, so stay in contact with your carriers to protect your clients, and your renewal incomes for your clients.
2. Is Your calendar now full for the next week?
At this point, your calendar should be full, or close to it, for the next week at least. If this is still a struggle, remember Agility is here to help you with these opportunities:
