Agility is happy to share more breaking news from our Medicare partners. Prominence Medicare Advantage plans will close the 2025 agent credentialing portal on Friday, June 20, 2025.
From June 21 to July 6, credentialing will not be available. On Monday, July 7, 2025, agents will receive their invitation to start 2026 credentialing with Prominence.
Tips for 2026 Prominence Credentialing in MyAgentWorld
- Your Agency’s MyAgentWorld Credentialing Code stays the same. Contact Prominence for assistance with your code.
- For new agents credentialing with Prominence for the first time, the 2026 credentialing program will grant “Ready to Sell” status for the 2025 and 2026 plan years.
- Each agent currently working with a Prominence book of business will receive an invitation to credential via email on July 7 from Prominence@MyAgentWorld.com. The Prominence Credentialing Guide is an excellent reference for this process.
- An updated New and Existing Users Agency Guide to MyAgentWorld is another useful resource for Medicare agents.
- Agency leaders will continue to be able to invite new agents to complete credentialing and see their credentialing status in the “Onboard Status” section of MyAgentWorld.
- Remember, agents must complete their credentialing program within 30 days of receiving the invitation.
- Remember to sign up for 2026 Product Training when you’re fully credentialed. Your local Prominence Sales Leadership Team will contact you with additional information about this training.
- Prominence will accept either 2026 AHIP or 2026 NABIP training certificates from agents.
- Develop a growth plan with your local Prominence sales leader team and access Broker Resources.
