- All eligible plans must be submitted between October 1 and December 31, 2025, with effective dates from October 2 to January 15, 2026.
- Bonuses will be paid in March 2026 and range from $75 to $325, depending on the type of policy sold.
- The total monthly premium rate on the STMs must exceed $100 and be active for at least 90 days to qualify.
