Provider Update – Suvida Signs Contract to Stay In-Network with Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and WellCare Medicare Advantage

Medicare agents, Humana may have sent you a recent communication regarding changes to their network. Agility wants to confirm that, in Texas, WellMed Medical Group primary care providers will no longer be in-network for Humana Medicare Advantage plans starting December 22, 2025.

WellMed Medical Group will continue seeing Humana patients under normal processes through December 21, 2025. Patients will receive letters explaining this change, as outlined above.

If you have clients assigned to a WellMed Medical Group primary care provider under Humana, please contact them to review their 2026 options for continued access to WellMed Medical Group.
