CHRISTUS Health wants to remind all ACA agent partners of the following important information as OEP continues:
Retention Bonus
ACA producers will receive a $75 bonus per retained member enrolled in a CHRISTUS ACA Health Plan in eligible counties. Members must remain active through May 1, 2026, without any coverage gaps.
Certification Requirement
Producers must complete certification in evolveNXT to receive 2026 commission payments.
Subsidy Deadline
CHRISTUS ACA members must update their household information by December 15, 2026, to keep their subsidies.
Why This Matters
- Enhanced premium tax credits expire after 2025, so member costs may increase, impacting their monthly premiums.
- New federal rules require real-time income verification and stricter eligibility checks.
What You Must Do
- Update household information.
- Income and family size must be current to maintain subsidy eligibility.
- Compare Plans.
- Don’t auto-renew without checking for the most affordable and comprehensive plan options. CHRISTUS may have $0 gold and bronze plans available for those at or below 200% FPL.
Premiums remain month-to-month, so members can drop coverage if it becomes unaffordable. However, if they fail to update their information before December 15, they risk losing subsidies and may face challenges finding affordable healthcare later.
CHRISTUS ACA agents, you need to confirm that each of your CHRISTUS ACA members updates their household data, which the federal ACA subsidies require to continue receiving the subsidies in 2026 ASAP.

- This offer is only available to current members who were active as of October 31, 2025, and remain active with no gap in coverage as of May 1, 2026.
