Every insurance agent wants positive momentum going into an important selling season. Gaining this momentum while helping people in genuine need makes it even more powerful.
Agility partner Presidio Health has a new financial protection program that’s a good option for providing former ACA clients who had ACA premium subsidies and/or cost-sharing reductions with financial protection against increasing healthcare costs. This program is also an option for current ACA clients you project will lose, or see a significant reduction in, their ACA premium subsidies and cost-sharing reductions in 2027.
These plans are now available to former and current clients for immediate access, since Presidio Health isn’t subject to the open enrollment period; they’re available year-round. And Presidio Health is now offering a bonus program in addition to the opportunity to help these former ACA clients find the financial protection they desperately need right now.
How This Bonus Program Works
$150 First Policy Bonus
Sell your first Presidio Health policy for an October 1st, 2026 effective date and earn a one-time $150 bonus.
$50 Application Bonus
Earn a $50 bonus per qualifying application you complete for October 1st, November 1st, or December 1st effective dates.
$1,000 Production Bonus
Complete a minimum of 25 qualifying applications for October 1st, November 1st, or December 1st effective dates for this bonus amount.
Why Enroll Before January 1st?
- Rate-lock: Members enrolling before January 1st lock in a more affordable 12-month rate based on 2026 filed pricing, rather than the higher 2027 rates to come.
- Make room for ACA: Enrolling members before the ACA open enrollment window begins gives you more time to focus on your ACA clients and navigate that season with greater efficiency.
- Learn Presidio: For newly contracted producers who haven’t yet sold a Presidio plan, this is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on enrollment experience and build confidence presenting the product before the busy season begins.
Presidio Health will determine bonus payments on 9/11/26 and pay them within 10 business days. A “qualifying application” is an application submitted for newly enrolled members that is fully paid and has a first effective date during the program window.
Applications for one or more policies count as a single Qualifying Application. Members must remain continuously enrolled for at least 3 months from their effective date to count toward a producer’s bonus total.
Any members who do not meet the 3-month requirement are excluded when the bonus program is finally calculated, and Presidio Health reserves the right to adjust any bonuses already paid by deducting or adding them to future commissions linked to members who fail to meet the above retention requirements.
To be eligible to earn an incentive under this program, the producer must:
- At the time of each application submission, be licensed, contracted, and appointed to sell Presidio products;
- At the time of each application submission, meet all additional state and federal requirements to sell health insurance products, including but not limited to required trainings and certifications;
- At the time of each application submission and the date on which the bonus payment is payable, comply with all provisions of the Producer Acknowledgment Agreement;
- Maintain consistent producer of record status during the period of the first 3 months of the policy (producer of record changes are not eligible for this bonus opportunity);
Producer is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from any bonus payments, which will be reported as required by applicable law. Decisions regarding eligibility, applicable incentive payment amounts earned, or other issues relative to the bonus opportunity administration are at the sole discretion of Presidio and are final.
