Agility is happy to announce this great new tool from one of our valued partners. BCBSM and HealthSherpa are partnering on this new enrollment tool for ACA enrollments.
In addition to supporting the existing On-Marketplace enrollment process, this updated tool also allows agents to submit Off-Marketplace enrollments.
Agents access the tool through the Quick Links section in BCBSM Agent Community or directly through the enrollment portal. Important note for agents: a registration email will be sent to you from individualbusiness@myblue.bcbsm.com with the subject line “Get Started with BCBSM’s HealthSherpa Enrollment Tool Today!”
After resetting your password and logging in, you’ll be able to view your previously submitted BCBSM On-Marketplace enrollments.
What You Need to Do
Step 1: Register for Access
Complete your registration/password reset using this link: Register Here
Important Registration Notes
- Use the email address referenced in your registration email.
- If you do not receive a registration email, your username will be your BCBSM email address on file with +BCBSM added (i.e., Johndoeagency+BCBSM@xxxx.com).
- Follow the prompts to create a new password.
- A password reset confirmation email will be sent to the email address currently on file with BCBSM.

Step 2: Review the User Guide and FAQ
A step-by-step User Guide and FAQ are available to help you complete registration, navigate the tool, submit enrollments, and find answers to common questions. You can find this documentation at Agent Community → Libraries → Individual Under 65 Documents → Job Aids.
Step 3: Log in to the Enrollment Tool
Once agents register, they can access the BCBSM-HealthSherpa Enrollment Tool. Remember to bookmark this website for quick access later.
If you need help, or if you experience issues with registration or have any questions about logging in or using the tool, support is available at the HealthSherpa Help Desk at 888-684-1373.
If you currently don’t contract with BCBSM, you can contract with them now. This tool provides ACA agents with an enrollment tool to use for both On- and off-Marketplace ACA plans.
