As your trusted product specialist, Agility is writing to inform you of an important update to the compensation structure, which will take effect soon. This change may impact your business, and we want to ensure you have all the details you need to navigate this transition smoothly.
What’s Changing?
Effective March 1, 2025, compensation, including commissions, administrative fees, and HRA, will no longer be paid on new non-SNP Gold Kidney Health Plan enrollments. This action includes:
- Gold Advantage (H1526-005 & H4869-005)
- Gold Loyalty (H1526-006 & H4869-009)
However, Gold Kidney will still pay commissions on non-SNP applications submitted before March 1, 2025.

This adjustment is a strategic decision that aligns with Gold Kidney’s core mission: serving members with chronic kidney disease. By refining their focus and reallocating resources, they can enhance the specialized, high-quality care their members rely on. This decision allows them to strengthen their impact where it matters most.
