Mayo Clinic is leaving most MA plan networks in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin as of January 1, 2026. The only MA plans Mayo Clinic will be in-network after January 1, 2026, will be:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
- Medica
- Employer group Medicare Advantage plans for retirees.
Any other Medicare Advantage members will no longer have in-network access with Mayo Clinic facilities after January 1, 2026, including Humana and UnitedHealthcare non-employer group MA retiree plans.
