Exciting news from Molina Marketplace! They are transitioning to a new broker management platform called Evolve, starting on August 15th. With Evolve, brokers will gain access to a producer portal, state-specific sales readiness status, and tools to manage their book of business and identify past due members. Moreover, brokers can conveniently submit requests for replacement ID cards or PCP changes on behalf of their members.
Here’s what to expect: an activation email on August 15th from [email protected] containing a user ID and temporary password. Make sure to log in and explore the new portal.
For agents and agencies, several training sessions are scheduled to learn how to utilize the new platform effectively. Even if you can’t attend all sessions, attending multiple is encouraged for more comprehensive training.
