The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services announced the 2026 Medicare Part B premium and deductible at the end of last week. The standard Medicare Part B monthly premium will be $202.90 for 2026, an increase of $17.90 from $185.00 in 2025.
The annual deductible for all Medicare Part B beneficiaries will be $283 in 2026, up $26 from $257 in 2025. The full details on 2026 Medicare Part A and Part B premiums and deductibles are here.
