HealthSherpa’s updated its internal logic to streamline application syncing.
Now, application records should sync successfully after either:
1. An agent completes a 3-way call with the Marketplace, or
2. A client successfully completes the Consumer Resume Link.
This eliminates many syncing issues agents experienced, facilitating a smoother enrollment process for your clients.

How to Use the Consumer Resume Link
HealthSherpa’s Consumer Resume Link allows your clients to take charge of their application process.
When you send them the link:
• They can log in securely and complete their application.
• Their completed application will now sync correctly with HealthSherpa’s system.
