Molina Pausing ACA Agent Marketplace Onboarding

Molina is pausing onboarding new ACA marketplace agents and existing ACA agents adding new sales states. All existing Molina ACA agents should log in to their Molina Broker Portal account, click on ‘My Credentials,’ and select ‘My Sales States’ to confirm the states in which they wish to sell Molina ACA products for 2026.
 
Any ACA agents currently in the onboarding process will have 60 days from the invite date to complete it. These actions only apply to the Molina ACA Marketplace business line and do not apply to Molina Medicare products.
 
If you have any questions about this, you can contact Molina Marketplace Broker Services at 855-885-3179 or mpbrokersupport@molinahealthcare.com from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday. You can contract with Molina ASAP; November 5 is the last day to do so for Open Enrollment.
