With all of the changes we expect to happen in the ACA and Medicare markets, finding supplemental policies to fill benefit gaps is a real need for ACA and Medicare agents. Agility is pleased to share this news from Ameritas about their expanding dental network!
On November 1, 2025, the Ameritas new dental network-sharing arrangement with Cigna takes effect. This partnership expands the Ameritas dental network by 4,000 to 6,000 access points, bringing the total network access points to over 700,000 nationwide.
The Ameritas “Find a Provider” search tool will include the new dental providers, so new and existing members can easily find them.
- There are no changes to member ID cards except in states where regulatory requirements apply.
- Network360 will have the new providers by November 15.
Ameritas will notify agents today, September 8. If you want to inform your downlines, please do so after that date.
Here’s the message they will receive.
“Driven by customer needs and our associates’ commitment to excellence, our dental network is growing again. A new partnership that takes effect this fall will increase our total network access points to more than 700,000 nationwide.
The new dental network-sharing arrangement is with Cigna and takes effect November 1, 2025. It is expected to increase the following Ameritas dental networks by 4,000 to 6,000 access points:
- Classic, Classic/Plus and Prime/Classic
- Dental Select Platinum Coinsurance (outside of Utah)
These additional providers will be added to our Find a Provider search tool, where new and existing members can easily find them. Growing our network helps our customers find dental care where they live or work. It also keeps us competitive, translating in to new sales.

- Network360 should be updated with these providers by November 15.
